All products sold by Tanvi Creation are 100% authentic and original. We maintain strict quality controls to ensure you receive genuine items.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of defective products.
To initiate a claim for a defective product, you must provide a video recording of the unboxing/unpacking within 7 days of receiving the order. The video should clearly show the product defect.
All claims for defective products are subject to review and approval by our quality team.
Approved claims may result in a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Exceptions
If you receive an incorrect item or size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may accept a return or exchange on a case-by-case basis after verification.
Shipping Policy
Standard shipping times are 5-10 business days for most areas. Remote locations may take longer.
We ship via reputed courier partners and provide tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Additional charges may apply for remote areas or special delivery requests.
Return Process
Please ensure products are unused, unworn, with all tags intact and original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
